The Cedar Lakes Foundation is sharing some recipes from "The Culinary Arts Institute Encyclopedia Cookbook" Used by Cedar Lakes Conference Center, the book was donated by Arlene Kuryla whose mother, Freda Batten, was a cook there for many years.
